Thank you for choosing Shai Couture. We aim to prepare and ship your order as efficiently as possible.

Order Preparation Time

Please allow the following time for outfit preparation:

• Non-embroidered outfits: 7–10 business days
• Embroidered outfits: 10–20 business days, depending on the design

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

International and Urgent Orders

We do not currently ship to Pakistan. For other international orders, or if you have an urgent order, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 84475 09480 for assistance and a shipping quote.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.
