Shai Couture Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Our garments and accessories are made with care to dress you beautifully. Please review this policy before requesting a return, exchange, repair, or store credit.

Refunds and Sale Items

We do not offer refunds on goods once they have been sold because our garments and accessories are made to measure or made to order. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Custom Orders and Quality Defects

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If a custom order that was not purchased from the sale section has a genuine quality defect, it may, at our sole discretion and subject to the conditions in this policy, be exchanged for store credit.

If a returned item is verified as defective or damaged, store credit for the same amount will be issued. We will offer to repair faulty items whenever possible. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Condition and Included Items

Items must be unused and returned with all tags intact. Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Please include any belts and all packaging or items supplied with the product, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags.

How to Report a Defect or Damage

Report a defect or damage within 2 working days of receiving the product by emailing at yashikabusiness1995@gmail.com or contacting us on WhatsApp at 8447509480 with video proof. Include your order number, full name, contact number, and photographs/videos showing the defect or damage.

Returns that cannot be identified may be sent back to the sender.

Returning the Item

After your report has been acknowledged by our Customer Care team, return the item to the address listed on your invoice within 2 days of receiving the product. Please share the courier and tracking details with us after dispatch.

If you arrange the courier, we are not responsible for damage to the item while it is in transit to us.

Store Credit and Replacement

Store credit is valid for 3 months and may be used only toward a product of the same or higher value. Any replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
